New asset management approaches on financial market

Annotation. Wealth management industry is one of the most rapidly developing spheres in financial world. Industry experienced an evolutionary path of development which can be separated into two steps: origination of ways of portfolio creation, then the crucial part taken process of interaction with investor. Proper determination of goals of investor became the most crucial step in HNWI asset management process. Goals based investing concept exists less than 20 years and poorly presents in professional literature. In this article authors develops wide categorization of investor goals, their base features and interconnection.

Evaluation of the market efficiency of companies in the light of management by values and their purposes

Annotation. The article offers the author’s method of evaluating the company’s performance as a component of the overall management strategy aimed at creating competitive advantages and increasing cost. The main factor of value creation in this context is the effective market activity of the organization. The proposed principle of goal decomposition assumes the value direction «Efficiency of market activity» to investigate the main structured functional subsystems, followed by their detailing on the evaluation objects, including both traditional and integral indicators. The objects of evaluation are aimed at disclosing information on the most important and significant factors of market performance that have a significant impact on the company’s ability to create value.

Annotation. The article discusses the methodological aspects of assessing the economic security of an enterprise using various methods and author’s approaches. The expediency of applying several methodological approaches to assessing the economic security of an enterprise is justified, which will allow observing such principles of analysis as the complexity and objectivity of the results obtained.
Testing of this evaluation algorithm is presented on the example of an enterprise working in the energy sector. The integrated approach allowed the authors to identify gaps in ensuring the economic security of an enterprise operating in the energy sector, which can be used by management to improve business processes and improve the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the energy sector. Also, the scientific novelty is the identification and grouping of factors that affect the economic security of enterprises in the energy sector. This classification reflects not only the generally accepted factors that affect the economic security of enterprises, but also determine the specifics of the energy sector of the economy.
Information base of research is formed based on the laws and regulations of Russia, works of foreign and domestic scientists, annual and financial reports of JSC “DGK”, materials of the global information network Internet, materials of own researches.

Crowdfunding market in Russia: regulation and new opportunities

Annotation. In modern conditions, exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic, the support of business and the country’s economy as a whole is becoming an urgent problem and increased investment activity, in particular. One of the effective tools for financing investment projects of small and medium-sized businesses can be crowdfunding.
The article analyzes the current state of the crowdfunding market in Russia and abroad, a significant lag in the volumes of attracted financing of Russian practice from foreign. The essential differences of traditional crowdfunding and its varieties: crowdlending and crowdinvesting are highlighted. It is shown that with the adoption of the Federal Law in Russia, which regulates the mechanism of collective financing on investment Internet platforms, new opportunities for attracting investments by small and medium-sized businesses are created.
Public crowdfunding platforms included in the Bank of Russia registry may, under certain conditions, become an important segment of the Russian financial market in addition to the already created corporate banking platforms.

Annotation. The article analyzes the innovation of Russian tax legislation – the professional income tax, as well as statistical and sociological data on the number of citizens participating in the informal sector of the economy. The article defines the objective reasons for the introduction of this tax, the factors of increasing secondary self-employment («moonlighting») and the specifics of obtaining self-employed status by an individual. According to the analysis of the regulatory framework, the official position of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, regarding the application of certain provisions of the law on self-employed, there are advantages and disadvantages of the tax regime that influence on national economic security.

Annotation. The article presents the results of the synthesis of measures to stimulate the participation of private investors in the stock market of the Russian Federation. The main measures introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation were considered, including bonds for the public, individual investment accounts and mutual funds as a form of investment. The results of the work can be used for further studies of the Russian stock market and increase its attractiveness for participants.

The financial system and the financial market of the European union after Brexit

Annotation. The article is devoted to the growing financial crisis in the European Union caused by the departure of Great Britain and intensified by the coronavirus pandemic. The paper analyzes the causes of Brexit’s and its consequences for the financial system and the financial market. The reasons for the instability of the European Union are considered. Estimated are the prospects of the euro as a reserve currency. A forecast is made of the transformation of the finances of the European Union and the impact of this process on economic cooperation with Russia and Russian companies.

Annotation. The COVID-19 pandemic has placed a heavy burden on health systems around the world, showing how fragile they are, forcing governments to make difficult decisions about how best to meet the needs of the population. Modern healthcare in Russia is currently undergoing rapid changes, and optimization of human resources management as its most important strategic component is gaining a key role, since the provision of medical institutions with personnel depends on meeting the needs of the population for high-quality and affordable medical care in the current situation. Addressing this issue requires making a strategic decision to reallocate limited resources so that they can bring maximum benefit to the population, which makes it necessary to strengthen the state’s participation in financial support for health care.
